Biography
I have been working for 25 years in the social field and I’ve managed for 15 years a organization serving as research, training and development department for a consortium of social enterprises in northern italy.
I have teaching experience in universities and in lifelong training in European project and for vocational training centers.
Teaching methods
I may teach in traditional courses and classrooms but I privilege workshops and cooperative/interactive methods.
I use the support of e-learning tools and I may design and develop courses based either on e-learning or blended learning.
