Biography

I have been working in the addiction field for nearly thirty years.
I have specialized in group work and have been trained in the area continually overt the last 20 years.
I believe a systemic approach to addiction recovery is essential and the advantages are numerous for recovering addicts who choose to invest in group dynamics in their recovery. Self-understanding, self-help, and the changing of attitudes and behaviors are amongst a few.
I am equally interested in family therapy and a great believer in associating family work in addiction recovery.
I have been working as an addiction counselor for many years as well as having a management position since 1988. Clinical direction and program design are also specialties.
I designed and set up numerous training sessions over the last twenty years all associated with addiction.
