Biography
I graduated at University of Bologna in Developmental studies and did my master course in “Cooperation and Development” at the University of Pavia. I have worked both in Latin America and Africa, in collaboration with local NGO, Research Center and Universities. I have a strong expertise as research advisor and project manager of EU funded projects (FP7, EUAID, H2020, EASME, ACP S&T). My main experience is related to ICT project applied to different fields: health, mobility,… My skills are multidisciplinary and I am specialized in project design, negotiation, management, monitoring and dissemination.
