Ecett-Networks Asbl opts for a strict privacy policy. The protection of your privacy is of utmost importance to our institution. This privacy policy describes what measures are in place to protect your personal data as beneficiaries, partners, suppliers and what rights you have in using our services.
For the purposes of this policy, the following are considered as services: registration on the E-learning platform, subscription to our newsletter (which is on request), our website, Facebook. Please note that the services offered by the online platform (http://www.ecett.networks.eu/platform) are subject to specific privacy policies.

How long we retain your data
Ecett-Networks Asbl keeps personal data as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was provided to us or required by law. The personal data will be kept in our database for a period of 5 years after which the same update will be done.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

For any correction or deletion, and, in order to allow us to verify your identity, we ask you to send a copy of your identity card by making your identity card photo invisible, your national registry number invisible and mentioning that it is a copy. You will also find at the bottom of each email the possibility of modifying your details or unsubscribing from the Newsletter and any other information.
